Victoria II is a strategy wargame developed by Paradox Studio Development and published by Paradox Interactive. It is the sequel to 2003’s Victoria and was released on 13 August 2010. Virtual Programming published the Mac OS X version of the game on September 17, 2010. Like its predecessor, Victoria II allows the player to take control and manage a state of the 19th century, including political, diplomatic, economic, military and technological aspects.

Never used a torrent before. What is a seed?

Seed is a person who has a torrent file open in their client (let’s say the same file you are trying to download) and the only difference between you and them is that they have the complete file downloaded already and are now “seeding” – sharing the file with peers but not downloading any parts of the file from others.

When the torrent is finished i opened the containing folder but there’s nowhere an installer. Just maps and an skidrow.

Have you downloaded the main game? You will be needing 7zip or WinRAR to extract the .RAR files…
