Tropico 5 is the fifth in the Tropico country simulation game series. It was developed by Haemimont Games and published by Kalypso Media. The game was release on May 23, 2014 and available for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Linux. In Tropico 5 you will expect another great construction and management simulation experience, which focuses around a city building simulation.
For the first time in series history, the game will feature cooperative or competitive multiplayer, up to four players at any given island. The players will be able to build cities on the same island, allowing selection of working or against with one another.

Hello,, is tropico 5 working in windows XP SP3 and is it the latest virsion till now ? because why it just 2GB ? and what CODEX means ?
@Luiz, we didn’t test this in Windows xp but i think this will work… THis is a new game and there are now available updates yet so it is the latest we can find. CODEX is a group (Crac/kers) that bring us this free games. Thanks to them!
Installation:
– Burn or mount the .iso
– Run setup.exe and install
– Copy crack from CODEX folder to your installdir
– Play

Whenever I am in-game the textures all bug out and stat flying all over the place, it unplayable, can’t see anything.

Notes: the game doesn’t work on certain Intel based video cards if you these cards sorry guys….
Addition: Block game exe in your firewall to prevent the game from trying to go online

I am pretty sure the textures are buggy because of my graphics card, GT 330m, I am using Windows 7,and I asked to see if there were any fixes. Thank you.
@EvilMittens, Sorry about the buggy issue you have… there are many gamers that have problems like you… this game works pretty well on graphics cards that supports DirectX 11. Hoping the fix or any updates for this we searched but no luck…

Old cards that only support directx 10 wont work.. same goes for Trial Fusion and any games that require directx 11.

i have the CODEX folder but all that’s in it is tropico 5 and I don’t see InstallDir

i’ve installed and copyed the codex folder to the installer dir( folder) blocked firewall the whole 9 but it won’t open saying that “System Error: program can’t start because X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing from your computer, Try re-installing the program to fix this problem.” is this something I can fix at home or will i have to buy a whole new system? i have reinstalled twice now

Here’s what you can do:
Try to install Directx to your system to remove X3DAudio1_7.dll problem…

I have a AMD Raedeon HD 6310 Graphics card. Is that good or bad? Is that card compatible with DirectX 11. My System Info says my DirectX version is DirectX 11. Thank you for responding…

I was able to download and install the game. It runs perfectly, the videos work perfectly but I can’t see anything when I start playing, it’s all black and moving color spots.
I checked and I already have directx 11 in my computer…

Please make sure you have meet the minimum system requirements to play the game as we have said before the game is really demanding when it comes to video cards… We noticed that the game doesnt work on certain Intel based video cards and below the minimum cards…
