The Sims Castaway Stories is the third and final game in the line of games The Sims Stories. It was released on January 29, 2008. The Sims Castaway Stories features the choice of either playing in a story-driven mode titled “Shipwrecked and Single” or a more sandbox “Wanmami Island”.

Every time I try to run the game nothing happened I burn the disc and everything.

HERE’S HOW TO INSTALL THE GAME
1. Mount the game to a drive using a tool such as DAEMON Tools Lite or PowerISO.
2. Open the drive you mounted and start AutoRun.exe.
3. When it asks for serial, go to the ViTALiTY folder and run keygen.exe
4. Finish installing.
5. Go to the folder you installed the game to (by default it is C:\Programs Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims Castaway Stories).
6. Open TSBin.
7. Go to the drive you mounted and again to the ViTALiTY folder, there is a SimsCS.exe. Copy and paste it on the TSBin folder.
8. It will ask if you want to replace (since there’s another SimsCS.exe in TSBin). Click “Yes”.
9. It’s done!
This way you don’t need the mounted drive anymore, you can just delete it. Start the game by that SimsCS.exe you copied to TSBin. I recommend creating a shortcut of it in the desktop to easily start it.
This game is not officially supported in Windows 7 if that is your case you will need to setup compatibility to winXP
I installed the game and I was playing it but when I try to create a sim, it crashes. what do I do?
Hi Marco Alegre, have you followed the steps provided on the comment? if you done it and still you encounter the problem try to run the game as administrator… hope this helps…
When I open AutoRun.exe it says it’s unable to locate the required file or the required file is corrupted.
@Silver try to run it in compatibility mode for xp.
