The Sims 3: Generations is the fourth expansion pack for The Sims 3, EA has announced via press release and video trailer for the April 5, 2011. The Sims 3: Generations was released on May 31, 2011. Contains items from The Sims 2: Family Fun Stuff, The Sims: House Party, The Sims 2: Teen Style Stuff, The Sims 2: FreeTime, The Sims 2: University and The Sims 2: Celebration! Things. The Sims 3: Generations is the first expansion pack that does not contain a game manual, rather it contains a simple installation guide with accompanying serial code. All packages from this point forward have not contained a manual.

@Pucio, Try using poweriso not demon tools when mounting the game… This might work as it will not be detected as a virtual drive…

Sorry for the confusion…
we have provided the instructions on how to make this expansion work… but unfortunately think that you have latest version of the sims 3 that is why it is not working…
If you have the latest version you will need to find latest crack for the game to work… for example you install this expansion you will need to download other expansion that is latest than this one then you can install that also and use the crack of that expansion (note if you install multiple expansion you will need to crack the game once and use the most latest crack you can find..). make sure that you backup your working sims 3 before doing or changing anything…

Anyway you will need to use the most updated crack to make sims 3 work… how many expansion pack you have installed in your system? if for example installed The Sims 3: Generations and want to install the The Sims 3: Island Paradise all you need to do is just use the The Island Paradise crack… (but if it updates by itself you will need to find most recent crack)… hope this helps…

Yes your game will be cracked, if you have bought the game make sure you backup all the files your are replacing. so that if you encounter any problems you can just replace that files and make your game work again…
