Sorry for the late reply… you can try this Crac’kfix. then copy the cra’ck in the folder (it may require winrar at first) into the same directory which you did for the first cra’ck, again replacing it.

I mount disc 2….nothing happens
Sometimes you need to look every download for instructions of what you have downloaded and read.
Anyway hers’s the detailed installation guide:
You need to download winrar and Daemon Tools to run pretty much any games you get off free pc games den…
Run (mount) each of the disks (in order) in daemon tools, and in the first disk use the serial code provided in the word doc in the download (you need winrar to unpack the file)
When all 4 cd’s have been installed, go back to the winrar unpacked folder, and copy the crack into the directory, which is “C:Program Files/EA Games/Sims 2/TS/Bin or something similar.
It will prob be Program Files (x86) if your on windows 7 64bits.
Once you have copied and replaced the crack into that directory, go to the crackfix that admin provided and download the file there, then copy the crack in the folder (it may require winrar at first) into the same directory which you did for the first crack, again replacing it
Now mount disk 1 in Daemon tools and run the sims2.exe crack that you just copied. If you get an error ‘unspecificied error’ and the game won’t run, trying right-clicking and clicking ‘run as administrator’, as this tends to make most games run properly on Windows 7.
with the crack installed, disk mounted and running as admin, there should be no problems with the game!
SUMMARY
– Download Daemon tools and Winrar
– Mount each disk in order to install
– Download crack from aforementioned website
– Install crack in program files
– Mount disk 1
– Run as admin
– Enjoy one of the greatest games ever made!

Run the game in compatibility mode, maybe you can try to run the game on using XP (in compatibility mode)

To install the game you will need to use PowerISO or Deamontools and mount the .iso files. We havent tested this using winrar but you can try. Just extract all .iso file contents in just one folder then install.

When starting the game, it asks for the first disc.
You do not have the original discs, so you do not have this one either.
To play the game, you have to:
– stop the game first

– Start the game

DISABLE YOUR ANTIVIRUS BEFORE RUNNING ‘Setup.exe’ (IMPORTANT) as the antivirus will mark ‘setup’ as a suspicious file,, making it unable to launch setup or may run it but with some glitches,, same for uninstall…..(For avast users: Disable DeepScreen in antivirus settings)…
After running setup,, click on ‘Configure’,, specify the install directory,, click on next and next,, select the necessary software (Direct X [provided in Redist folder]),, again next,, finally on ‘Install’…PLAY THE GAME FROM DESKTOP SHORTCUT using run as administrator….
For the first time when you open the game, the game will take some time in starting(black screen) and in skipping the intro video, please be patient, next time it’ll launch normally and quick….

First time you load each world, loading takes time, please be patient, It’s like running 10 games at once(don’t assume it has frozen) just wait & let it load…..
Always open the game using ‘Run as administrator’ to avoid crash/savegame issue. If it still crashes, lower the graphics settings from options ingame and make sure you meet the system requirements.
NOTE: Change ‘Shadows’ from high to either low or medium through the ingame Graphics/Performance options , otherwise a black square will appear underneath your Sims instead of indoor shadows…
If in case you can’t change the resolution of the game from 800×600 or some another, read ‘Reolution change.txt’ textfile provided to fix it…
Have you followed all the steps? The crack fix is already down but here’s what you can do…
Follow the steps and after you are done… make sure you mount the disk 1 to deamontools everytime you play…
