SimCity is a city-building/urban planning simulation game in development by Maxis, a subsidiary of Electronic Arts. This is a reboot and the sixth major release of the series SimCity. The title will be released on Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows PC in February 2013.
Along with many of the cosmetic changes (such as up-to-date 3D graphics), SimCity will use the new machine GlassBox. “We try to build what we would expect to see, and this is the game,” explains architect Andreas system Willmott, meaning that visual effects such as traffic, economic problems, and pollution will be more apparent. Two other new features a multiplayer element and finite resources. Unlike previous games in the series, the game will have non-linear curve roads and bordering areas that can meet different road types.

THis is compressed so it becomes less.
1. install game in Russian
2. update game, and start the tutorial
3. quit game
4. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityData\Locale\ru-ru
5. rename original data.package to data.package.bak
6. copy cracked data.package to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityData\Locale\ru-ru
7. Rename file from ru_Data.package to Data.package
To install English Language in 4 Easy Steps
1. Download the English SimCityData file here :

2. Navigate to Game Directory/SimCity/Locale/en-us/
3. Delete old Data.package

This is the only thing I did, I didn’t change anything, rename anything. Just replaced one file.

help, when i launch simcity, the screen goes black but i hear the music?
Delete or edit your host file. (if you have the host file from ZedraVulpez) It has ips that block your simcity launcher from downloading files.
Host file located in: C:Windows/System32/drivers/etc
Also can you see if you can get the cities of tomorrow expansion pack

Error Code: [4000] SimCity could not find the EA WebKit DLL. SimCity will now exit.
Error Code: [4001] The installed EA WebKit DLL has a different version from the one that SimCity expects. SimCity will now exit.
Please try the following steps to recover.
On a PC:
Copy all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityUserData\Patches\UpdatedApp
Paste them into C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCity overwriting all files
Restart SimCity

I am having trouble with SimCity. When I go to play it, my computer says there’s a trogan horse, and removes it. If I don’t remove it, the game still will not play. I am so confused. There wasn’t even a RAR when I downloaded the torrent, just data0.bin, and setup. Could someone help me?

if you are having problems on your AV software try to go to this website and learn how to exclude the game…

Copy the files to your installation dir and replace when prompted
Run the game as administrator

my PC doesnt run as admin. ,, i just have to extract and copy paste it to Simcity/Simcity folder ?
@Luiz, If i get it right you will just need to run the game as admin:
right click the shortcut or game icon.
then click on the run as administrator.
When i download the torrent i get an installer and a data0.bin file. Installing it seems to work fine but when i run the game nothing opens. I tried the language guides above but there is no russian locale, only english. Then i tried the one Admin posted about a webkit error and now the launcher opens origin and asks me to activate the game. Is there a code in the installed folders somewhere or have i screwed it up somehow?

If you already have c++ you do not need to install again…
have you downloaded the base game and/plus the expansion pack (Cities Of Tomorrow)? you can download just the base game but you can’t play the expansion pack without the basegame…

Reminder: Multiplayer doesn’t work, as you need a proper Origin account, which “3dmgames” doesn’t qualify.

@Luiz, you will need to have an account on your computer that have a administrator rights to make the expansion pack work…

The only problem now is it fails to update. No error message, it just says above the progress bar “error updating.please retry”

YA so ive been trying several things and uninstalling and re-installing. But what i have done on the current install i have I’ve install the game, install the expansion, follow the webkit error instructions, and change the language following vinters instructions. Note: when installing the game make sure your anti-virus dont interrupt installation, it might detect some in the files arevirus (dont worry just false positive)…
I am fine with SimCity itself, just the Expansion Pack. This is all I see:
1911.dll
rzr-sctm, which is a System Information File,
rzr-sctm.sfv,
and SimCity. Nothing else, nor RAR, nothing.

to your installation dir
