Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII is a role-playing strategy simulation video game developed by Koei Tecmo. It is the 13th installment in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms (Sangokushi) strategy game series by Koei. It was released on January 28, 2016 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and PC in Japan. While it can be imported or purchased on PC worldwide it was not initially available in English like the previous installment. However, as part of the 30th Anniversary of the series, a localized version of the game was released on PlayStation 4 and PC in July 2016. Two modes featured in the game are the traditional campaign mode and a hero mode that teaches players about the game’s mechanics.

Have you Copy the cracked content from the SKIDROW folder and into the main install folder? Please make sure you’ve done that step…

OK I moved the skidrow folder to the main installation folder but when I click to play the game it says you need steam running. can I just get the full steps

Please do not copy the whole folder just the contents of Skidrow folder and replace when prompted… hope this helps…

Not sure about the problem but have you tried running the game as administrator?
And make sure your antivirus is not interfering on installation and copying the crack…
