When I run the setup it is all in German or Russian.

the setup is in russian but when entering the game it’s in English in default. just proceed like any other setup. After a few screens you’ll get to the part where you install the game, the left pathway for the installation location and the right one for placing the icon in the start menu. Then hit next and it’ll all be done.

Sorry if the game is for 64bit only there are no other way you can play it on a 32bit WIndows unless the game developers made a patch to run it on a 32bit system…
