yes i do read it. i delete the save file and tried to play prologue
but when i reach the nearly end of the prologue the loading stuck

I have looked for crack/update but no available downloads for that until now…
anyway, try to install “k-lite_codec_pack_basic” (search googke) that might help on the problem…
is that able to fix ?

Please make sure your antivirus didn’t remove it when you are installing the game (white list it on your antivirus). Sometimes will automatically stop some files when installing that is why it is removed…

Have you tried running the game as administrator? Make sure that your anti virus is not removing any files when you are installing the game…
I was using windows defender. but still that problem pops up
