Maia is a sci-fi strategy simulation game that’s been described as “Dungeon Keeper meets Dwarf Fortress on a primordial alien world”. Maia was influenced by games like Theme Hospital, The Sims, Black & White and Space Station 1.
Maia takes place in the year 2113, when people decide to start the first extra-solar colonization plans classified as Maia. It is a game whereby management would be required for the construction, extension and improvement of the said colony.
Maia is currently in Alpha stage and is still under development, on December 3, 2013 was released on Steam as Early Access.
