IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover is a World War II flight simulator developed by 1C: Maddox Games and published by Ubisoft. It is the successor to IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 that was released on 2007. IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover was originally called Storm of War: Battle of Britain and was released on 31 March 2011 for Microsoft Windows.

i can’t install the game
Just mount the iso file, go to the “Fairlight” folder, click the “Installer.exe”, wait for complete the installation,and play the game.
Note: Dont start the steam install when mount the iso file!
game hangs after it starts.do i have to install steam also
You dont need to run / install steam… please make sure you meet the system requirements and update your drivers, you have win framework 4, c++ libraries, and update directx… try to check also your powerplan when playing…
If you still having problems download this IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Update 1
Unzip the update.zip to your installation folder, overwrite existing files when prompted…
what do u mean by powerplan
Your laptop power plan (in power options) … if balance dont work you can make that to High Performance…
