how to install this? ivce downloaded all the more than 24 gb but I cant open the SETUP file.. :(
To those who have trouble installing, try transferring the files into your C: Harddrive, files that are bigger than 4gb (like game bin 4 and 5) maybe troublesome to certain computers. Try transferring it to your C: Hdd by compressing it using winrar or 7zip
If you have issues fixing setup.exe, change the folder name to “Final Fantasy XIII”
To those who have issues with lag and stutter, either plug a controller or use a virtual joystick such as vJoy

Is it normal for the language to not be in English? Is there a way to change this?

The installer is in russian but very easy to understand.
Have you successfully installed the game? If you have and the game is still in russian try to go to settings and change the language. hope this helps…
Note: This is a repack… compressed to make the file size smaller.
When I run the setup file i get an error saying “file seek operation failed” and the installer closes. Any fix?

Have you located AppData folder? it is hidden you need to change folder option to show hidden files and folders…
yes i have already located the appdata folder, but there isn’t any folder named square enix and finalfantasy xiii there.

Sorry about it, we really do not have idea where the save file is… try to use the command prompt to search for it. get yourself to the root of drive C:\ and enter “dir ff13-00.dat /s” without the quotes. hope this helps…
