Final Fantasy VII is a role-playing video game developed and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation platform. are there any special instructions to get this to work?
i past the CRACK into the main game folder and it always says ff7.exe has stopped working?
any advice would be hugely appreciated

You can also try to run the game as administrator…

yes i have all of those on the pc and it is windows 10 and stil it says ff7.exe has stopped when i hit start

You can also try to run the game in compatibility mode…
thanks i tried every type of compatibility. the launcher works fine but when i hit START the screen goes black the ff7 exe stops working
wonder what it could be ive got a high spec pc all drivers updated etc

Please make sure you still run the game as administrator even if you are using compatibility mode
As we have search for solution we found out that there is an issue on installing the game on win 10 sorry… but you can still try to use compatibility mode (win 7) plus admin rights.

When i start the ff7_launcher it takes me to the steam store to buy it, is there anyway to stop that from happening so i can play the game?
Did you copy the crackfiles inside the crack/ folder to your installation dir/folder?
This is a bit late but i’ve realised that this needs to be in the actually disk drive folder, it cannot be in the program files folder as it will not work. Game started working when i took it out of the program files folder and put it directly in the c:\
