Dustforce is a 2012 platform video game developed by the team Hitbox. The game was released in January 17, 2012 for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X in May 1, 2012 via Steam. A Linux port was released as part of the Humble Indie Bundle 6 on September 18, 2012. Capcom will help to publish the game for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita and the Xbox 360.
In Dustforce the player controls one of the four supervisors who try to lure a world corrupted by dust and dirt. The player uses a range of acrobatic abilities, such as double jumping and wall jumping to progress through the game’s fifty levels, cleaning parts covered by leaves and dirt covered attacking creatures to score and progress through the level . The performance of the players are ranked based on the time and integration, and access to certain levels requires almost perfect series of previous levels.
