- Burn or mount the .iso
- Run setup.exe and install
- Copy crack from CODEX dir to installdir

I noticed when downloading bioshock 2, there was an option in the download section
Have you tried opening the .iso file you will find a folder inside named CODEX then copy the files to your install directory/folder…
