Please make sure you have DirectX, Visual C++ 2005-2015 and frameworks from microsoft installed in your system.
Try to edit Skidrow.ini if there’s an resolution option…

im using windows 7. when i launch the game its blinking black. it might be the screen resolution i have to change. if no solution is available, its fine by me. but still inform me if there is a way to fix it :D
