The Suffering is a 2004 first/third-person shooter psychological horror video game, developed by Surreal Software. The game was published by Midway Games for PlayStation and Xbox. The PC version was published by Encore in North America and by Zoo Digital Publishing in Europe. In North America, the game was released for the PlayStation and Xbox in March, and for PC in June. In Europe, it was released for the PlayStation and Xbox in May, and for PC in July.
