Mass Effect 3 is an action role playing game developed by BioWare and published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A Wii version was announced at Nintendo’s conference at E3 2012. Announced officially on December 11, 2010, Mass Effect 3 was released March 6, 2012 and marks the latest chapter in the Mass Effect trilogy of video games, completing the story of Commander Shepard.
Gameplay in Mass Effect 3 is influenced by decisions made in Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, for players who have completed these games. Combat has been modified and enhanced in particular, the cover system has been improved, there are more options to navigate the battlefield, instantly killing melee and grenades are introduced conventional and improved artificial intelligence. INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS for Mass Effect 3 updated + all dlc’s:
Uninstall any previous Mass Effect 3 game from your system. Make sure no registry key is left behind.
DISABLE YOUR ANTIVIRUS BEFORE RUNNING SETUP (IMPORTANT) as the antivirus will mark ‘setup’ as a suspicious file,, making it unable to launch setup or may run it but with some glitches,, same for uninstall…..(For avast users: Disable DeepScreen in antivirus settings)…Latest ‘Dotnetframe’ is required to run the setup (provided)
After running setup,, click on ‘Configure’,, specify the install directory,, click on next and next,, select the necessary software (direct x and visual c++ provided in Redist folder),, again next,, finally on ‘Install’,, after install,, play the game from desktop shortcut….
Always open the game using ‘Run as administrator’ to avoid any savegame/crash issue. If it still crashes, lower the graphics settings from options in ‘MassEffect3Config.exe’.
This is crashing on the loading screen at the Mars Mission. I’ve done just about everything I can think of to fix this issue [yes, even running as admin] and nothing is working. I’m at a loss here as to what to do next. Generally, I’ve very good with computers, but the crashing issues with this game has me stumped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Have you installed all the needed redist to your computer? not sure what happen but this is an old download link and not sure if it works on latest windows… You can also try to use compatibility mode…
