Make you followed the installation guide in the comments and you copied the crack files to your installation dir.

Run game in administrator…

Installation:
Extract
Burn or mount the .iso
Run setup.exe and install
copy crack from CODEX dir to installdir
Play
Notes: this release is standalone, which includes newest DLC, pre-order DLCs and the main game updated to 1.04 version.
Savegames from RELOADED main release are compatible.
Block game exe in your firewall to prevent the game from trying to go online

hey admin the dlc are they compatible with my save files in the previous one??i download the original also from this site.i dont really want to start over my save data .ive gone to far into the game and how can i transfer my save data to this stand alone??.need help

We haven’t tested the Dark Souls II: Crown of the Sunken King as your situation so we can’t answer your question… If you are worried about your save files you can backup it by these links (just copy the files to your desired location before installing it)
