I actually installed the game fine, no problems, I found how to change the language from RU to EN

but I am running to an issue that when I press the start new game, it loads but get stuck on a black screen

My pc is an I5 processor with 3ghz 8gb of memory, 500gb hard disk and a Nvidia 2060 geforce RTX

how can I fix this?
