Do you have xlive software installed in your system? I think this game needs an offline account to work… please read the comments for detailed instructions on how to make this game work…

Note: we only tested this on win 7 (before) not sure if it will work on other latest OS

Hi corben, have you installed the game successfully? are you running the game using the desktop shortcut?
